General Information
The Pacific State Bank California Cup is composed of Nine separate events under different clubs and USCF insurance and permits, but all operated/coordinated by Velo Promo in Soulsbyville. Note that not all categories race on all days.

Master 35+ 1/2/3
Men Category 3
Points
Points are awarded to the top ten in each of the races. Ties are broken by the placing in the final race, Giro di San Francisco.
Points for Road Events: 20,17,15,13,11,9,7,6,5,4.
Points for Criteriums and TT: 15,12,10,8,6,5,4,3,2,1.Overall Prizes
Prizes go to top ten overall Elite 1/2/Pro ($1,000 value), top eight Women ($750 value), top six Master 35+s ($500 value) and top six Category 3 ($500).
Entries/Fees
Fees are as with each entry ad (normally $23 pre entry, except 1/2/Pro and Women 1/2/3 at Giro, $28) for pre-entry (postmarked by the Friday a week before each race weekend) Post entry add $7 each race. No post fee for Category 5 or Women 4 events. Fees include race insurance & surcharges. Go to www.sportsbaseonline.com for online entry. Send standard USCF entry/release form to CAL CUP, 19780 Soulsbyville Road, Soulsbyville, CA 95372. USE SEPARATE ENTRY FORM/RELEASE FOR EACH RACE!!! (One envelope is ok). Be sure to label the envelope "CAL CUP", and which events are inside. Make Checks to Velo Promo.
Refunds
Credit for another VP race will be given if VP is notified via velopromo@sportsbaseonline.com by 5 pm on the Wednesday immediately preceding each race that you can't compete. No credit issued if you plan to enter another race that day instead; no cash refunds. No substitutions for cancellations.
Champion Discounts
Current NorCal/Nevada District Champions ride for $2 per day if 1) their entry is received by the deadlines below (otherwise they pay full fee, including late fee), 2) they ride in the category they won the championship in (Master Champions may ride down in age, and ride for $2, and Juniors may ride up), and 3) if the event they are entering is that in which they won the Championship (Road, TT or Criterium). District jersey not required.
Rules
USCF Rules apply; Free lap rule in Criteriums; team/club follow or feed vehicles breaking the rules or the law may as always result in penalties to the riders in the team/club of the vehicle. All events are rain or shine; Follow vehicles as allowed at road races by Chief ref and as available. Centerline rules enforced in road events. Illegal &/or unsafe warm-ups before races results in dq.
